By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept this. We strongly encourage all clients to take steps to protect their belongings prior to their move date, including but not limited to:

• Verifying whether your existing renter's or homeowner's insurance covers belongings during a move
• Purchasing a short-term moving protection policy through a third-party insurer
• Keeping an itemized list and photographs of high-value items before the move

2. Limitation of Liability

Moving U Better LLC and its team members will handle all items with reasonable care and professionalism. However, in the event of loss, damage, or breakage, Moving U Better LLC's liability is limited. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to items, furniture, or property
• Damage to items packed by the client
• Damage resulting from the nature of the item (e.g., particle board furniture, fragile collectibles, improperly sealed boxes)
• Loss or damage to electronics, jewelry, cash, documents, or other valuables
• Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control

3. No Guarantees on Delivery Times

While we strive to arrive on time and complete every move efficiently, Moving U Better LLC does not guarantee specific arrival or completion times. Traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact scheduling. We will communicate proactively with you if any changes arise.
